Doing homework is good for multiple reasons.

This is something I encourage, because it helps you prepare your own questions. The internet is full of information; sometimes its frustrating, challenging and maddening to navigate. Read about other people’s cases; this will help to prepare  you somewhat and may bring you to a point where you feel uncomfortable.  Write down those uncomfortable moments.  These are the things that we should talk about. It is much better to get the emotions out at home, and then be able to come in to the office and talk about the facts.

Perform searches and read reviews and comments of other attorneys. Keep in mind that many people say bad things online because they are upset, so you might notice fluctuations in reviews or among firms.  Gather your own personal list of questions.  I am ready to answer them.
